4. Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving their order.

Conditions include:

The product must be unused and in its original condition

All original packaging and accessories must be included

Exchanges and returns do not include shipping costs

Orders delivered under Free Shipping promotions still require the customer to cover return/exchange delivery fees

In case of damaged or defective items:

The issue must be reported immediately upon delivery

Photo or video proof may be required for verification

Late reports may not be accepted

ToyVanta reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests based on inspection.

5. Product Condition Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Used products

Damaged items caused by the customer

Products missing original packaging or accessories

All returned items must meet quality inspection standards.
